1. Are Java (Sun) and Microsoft VM bundled?
  • Select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
  • If both found, then go to Q2.
  • If only Java (Sun), then go to Q3.
  • If only Microsoft VM, you are using Microsoft VM.
  • If both not found, your PC has not installed VM.
 
2. Is Java (Sun) selected?
  • If yes. You are using Sun Microsystem's VM, then go to Q3.
  • If no. You are using Microsoft's VM.
 
3. Select Tools > Sun Java Console
  • Your JVM Version is 1.4.2_03
